Well, I guess I was still living in New Zealand in my last journal. I've been in London for more than half a year now and am loving it! Fun city with tons to do, crazy friends and bands to see! I have been working as a media artist/illustrator for the videogame studio Splash Damage www.splashdamage.com which has been good fun. I know I haven't really posted any art online in that time, it's mostly been boring old sketchbook stuff, plus I don't have access to a scanner right now. Anyhoo, someone grab a 20k screencap and I'll do a sketch of your choice! I can't guarantee when it will be done though, but it will be done! How are you guys?

Well, on the 27th of May I shall be flying out go New Zealand to go pave my way in the UK. I'm pretty excited about the prospect of being in a place I'm unused to, and of course sketching a lot of the new and inspiring things about. I've really enjoyed the animation studios I've worked for in NZ and hope I'll be able to find a studio over there that I can really contribute to and learn a lot from. Of course I'm leaving behind (for the moment) so many great friends, and most of my family (save my brother who I will be living with in London). I'm glad that staying in touch is so much easier than it was a decade or two ago, but I'll still miss
